How to get linetog on your phone
We offer linetog through three paths: Android APK download (direct installation on Android phones), iOS Safari browser (no installation needed on iPhone or iPad), and a responsive web version (works on any phone or tablet with a browser). Each path reaches the same account, the same markets, and the same linetog backend. You choose based on your device and preference.

The responsive design adapts to your iPhone or iPad screen size. Push notifications work through Safari as well; when you first visit linetog, the browser may ask permission to send notifications. Allow it if you want to receive alerts about market settlements and account updates.

Mobile data or WiFi connection is recommended; linetog works on 4G and 5G networks, though very slow connections may cause market-loading delays.
Troubleshooting common linetog installation issues
If you cannot install the linetog Android app, the most common cause is that "Unknown sources" is not enabled in your security settings. Go to Settings → Security (or Apps & Notifications → Advanced Settings) and look for "Unknown sources" or "Install unknown apps." Toggle it on, then try the APK installation again. Some devices show a warning message; read it and tap "Install anyway" to proceed. After installation, you can disable "Unknown sources" again if you prefer—the app stays installed.
If linetog asks for certificate trust when you open it, your device is verifying the app's security signature. This is normal. Tap "Trust" or "Install" to continue. If you see an error like "App not installed" after tapping the APK, your device storage may be full—check your storage in Settings and delete unnecessary files, then try again. If you are on iOS and Safari does not load linetog.id, check that your internet connection is working, clear Safari's cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), and try again.
Data, permissions, and account security on linetog
The linetog app requests permission to access your camera (for KYC document upload), location (to comply with jurisdiction requirements), and send notifications (for settlement alerts). You control each permission—the app will ask when it first needs one, and you can allow or deny. If you deny, the feature may not work (for example, without camera permission, you cannot upload a photo of your ID for verification), but the app continues running. Your account security on linetog depends partly on your phone's security. Keep your phone's lock screen active (PIN, pattern, or biometric).
